1952 Wool Suit

Constructed with original practice and tailoring techniques

This wool suit, affectionately dubbed the “Julie Suit” as inspired by author Elizabeth Wein’s Code Name Verity series, was completed over the course of two months. This wool suit was lined with a silk-cotton blend and padded with cotton batting with a waist-tape of grosgrain ribbon.
